Recovery:

Our vehicle recovery operation can cover most of County Durham and Tyne & Wear, having facilities at Lanchester and Seaham.  We currently provide vehicle recovery and logistics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for motorcycles, cars and light commercials.  We also offer secure vehicle storage and full vehicle inspection facilities.

Our Staff are fully uniformed and carry a photo ID card to reassure customers of their identity.  They are fully trained in vehicle rescue and recovery and carry a wealth of experience.

All Staff undergo a minimum of one weeks induction training with our training specialist and thereafter will undergo training throughout their careers with KV Systems LTD.

At present our fleet comprises of a Ford Transit Tranporter, A Mitsubushi L200 4x4, Two Landrover Discoveries and a Mercedes Response Vehicle.  Our vehicles are specially adapted to provide the safest loading and transportation possible.  They come equipped with approved storage systems, internal and external work lighting and can carry up to four passengers.  All vehicles carry Technician Kits, Compressed Air Supplies, Winches and Jump Start Equipment.  For added safety, our vehicles are fitted with Amber Warning Devices, Conspicuity Markings and carry Road Cones and High Visibilty Work Wear.
